Melina Villa

This beautiful villa is situated in a lovely area of Protaras close to the St Elias church. It offers a large plot, with a well-established garden, orchard, and private swimming pool, and has two pergola outdoor areas for you to unwind and keep cool. Inside the villa are 4 good size bedrooms, an open plan living room and dining room and 2.5 bathrooms. The villa has wifi, a book selection, cytavision tv and beautiful views of the church at night. THE BEDROOMS: The villa has 4 bedrooms, one bedroom is situated downstairs which offers a double bed, dressing table, full-length mirror and its own patio area to the front of the villa which has beautiful views of the church at night. The other three bedrooms are upstairs - two rooms with single beds and one room with a double bed. The two single rooms have access to a covered balcony overlooking the garden/pool area and the master bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. All the rooms have sheets for the beds, pillows, and towels for guests as well as blinds, wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. There is also a hairdryer for your use.

DOWNSTAIRS: Downstairs there is an open-plan living room and dining area with two sets of patio doors leading out to the pool. There is a corner sofa with TV, (wifi and cytavision channels) and a selection of books. The kitchen has everything you will need, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shoe cupboard and a downstairs guest toilet.

OUTSIDE: the pool is a great size and has lots of sunshine throughout the day. There are two pergola areas for shade so you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or read a book in the shade and there are lots of sunbeds to choose from. There is also an umbrella and BBQ available.
