The villa boasts a lovely pool, BBQ area, comfortable chill-out area, covered outdoor dining, and plenty of sunbeds. Being so close to Pererna and the walkway / Malima beach it is in a great location. You can also walk directly into Protaras from the villa. 

Inside the villa, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 single beds, 2 double beds), a main bathroom (bath and shower combined), an ensuite from the master bedroom, and a balcony from the other double room. 

Downstairs there is an additional guest toilet, a large kitchen with everything you will need to be home from home, and a separate living room and dining area.
