Chilville is situated in a quiet location only 1.3km from bars / restaurants, 1.8km from firemans beach. Ideal for couples / families (6 guests). Wooden pergola areas at both front & back of the villa offer shade and seating areas. The villa offers free wifi, books, games and dvd's, a fully self catering kitchen and a large private pool with sunbeds, garden, BBQ and outside shower. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and we supply towels and sheets.

Chilville villa is situated in a quiet location in Kapparis. It is well equipped making it ideal for couples or family holidays and accommodates up to 6 guests. A wooden pergola area at both front and back of the villa offers shade with cushioned chairs and a large dining table, ideal for relaxing day or a BBQ night. At night relax in the comfortable chairs whilst the glimmer of the pool creates a calming atmosphere. 8 sun loungers are available for around the pool, with padded cushions if required, an outdoor shower and traditional BBQ. The private pool is cleaned twice weekly. Both bedrooms have airconditioning units and balconies, one overlooking the back garden and the other has pool views. Built in wardrobes are featured in both bedrooms with dressing tables, mirrors, stools and a hair dryer. This villa also offers free wifi internet for guests, android TV featuring UK channels, books, dvds and games along with inflatable pool toys for you to use.

Within short walk to a bus stop, 706 and 301 bus and only a short distance to several beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Also within 5 minutes drive/bus ride of large supermarkets and main shopping centres. Kapparis is 1.4km away and Firemans beach is 1.8km from the villa. Scuba Diving and watersports are available at several nearby beaches in Kapparis, Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa.

Its a quiet location, a moderate walking distance to Kapparis (1.4km) which has plenty of restaurants and bars. A local kiosk (convenience store) and supermarket are less then 500m away. Car hire for this villa is definitely optional but the beach is roughly 2km away.

Protaras is right nearby Kapparis and has a wide array of restaurants, beaches and fun family friendly activities to choose from.

If your looking for nightlife Ayia Napa is only 10 minutes away by car or bus and you'll find bars and clubs to suit your interests.

Alternatively in Ayia Napa there is a year round fair ground with rides suitable for all age groups. Maybe go on a fantastic boat tour of the Famagusta coastline based out of the marina. There are plenty to choose from and a wide range of prices depending on what you are looking for.

There is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk from the villa which takes you to Protaras and Ayia Napa.
