We are looking forward to welcoming you to stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Protaras. The villa itself boasts being really spacious with 3 great size bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, free wifi, and a large private pool and garden. In addition, there are all the facilities you will need to be home from home, TV, toy box, outdoor dining, BBQ, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & plenty of cooking utensils. The villa is fully air-conditioned & also has fly screens upstairs.

Bedrooms

The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, all of the rooms have roller blinds (with child safety clips), air conditioning units, bedside tables, and reading lamps and there are built-in wardrobes as well. All of the rooms feature double beds and two rooms have balcony access overlooking the pool. The master room has an additional sofa bed with an ensuite shower/toilet. We can supply travel cots / wooden cots, high chairs, stair gates, or camp beds for additional guests (rental rates apply so please enquire). All of the bedrooms have sheets for the bed and covers in case you get chilly. If you are staying more than one week an extra set of bed sheets will be left for you. Extra pillows can be found in the wardrobes.

Ground Floor

The villa is really spacious downstairs, with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen and everything you will need for the villa to be home from home. (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishwasher, oven, etc) and anything you might need please just ask and we will see what we can arrange. There is a downstairs toilet and also a utility room which has an iron, ironing board, hoover, mop bucket, brooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, and pegs.

Pool Area:

The pool area is such a great amount of space for guests. There is a large pool with lights for the nighttime, plenty of sun beds, umbrella, and the balcony area is fenced with little gates which is ideal for keeping the pool slightly separate from children. There is an outdoor shower as well.

Safety:

We have two safety lights, one on the lower level and one in the hall in case the electricity should trip out. We also have a fire alarm upstairs and downstairs and in the kitchen is a first aid kit, torch, fire blanket, and fire extinguisher. The blinds all have children's safety clips on the strings (except the kitchen sink one) and the doors and windows downstairs have additional locks in the middle of the doors. The hobs/oven are electric not gas.

The entire place is yours for your stay. We do have a couple of locked cupboards for housekeeping and personal items but there is still plenty of space.

The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac of small villas and overlooks the beautiful St Elias Church which is really stunning when it is all lit up at night. The villa is only a short walk into Protaras and closes by you have KFC, Mini golf/amusement park for children, restaurants, and bars. A car will be super handy for you to make the most of your stay for getting to the supermarkets, the best beaches and doing a bit of sightseeing.

You can park on the driveway at the villa (no charge) and driving is really easy. If you wanted to call a taxi we have local numbers set up to know where the villa is so you can easily get to where you need to go day or night. There are buses that run frequently (the nearest bus stop is about 15 minutes walk away).
