Sunset villa is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a gorgeous fresh vibe outside area. The villa boasts a lovely pool to enjoy relaxing days and evenings, a BBQ area, a comfortable chill-out sofa area, covered outdoor dining, and plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas for shade as needed. 

This villa is in a fantastic location in Pernera between Protaras and Pernera. Being so close to the walkway by the sea & Malima beach (a 10-minute walk) it is in a great location if you are/are not planning to hire a car. You can also walk directly into both Protaras (1.5km brings you out at the golden star hotel) and Pernera (500m from the Mexican restaurant) from the villa. The villa is also on a bus route so this is another option for transport and if you choose to hire a car then the villa has a driveway also.  The closest airport to the villa is Larnaca - 63km and in the local area are lots of great restaurants & bars like blue spice & knights bar, family-run taverns, pharmacies, and shops. An additional plus is that wolt delivery also offers online delivery very quickly from large supermarkets like metro directly to the villa and you have a vast selection of restaurants to choose from if you decide to stay home in the evening. 

Inside the villa, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 single beds, 2 double beds), a main bathroom (bath and shower combined), an ensuite from the master bedroom, and a balcony accessible from the single and double room which is at the front of the villa which is west facing to enjoy beautiful sunsets. 

All of the bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning, wardrobes, and side tables.  

Downstairs there is an additional guest toilet, a large kitchen with everything you will need to be home from home (washing machine, fridge, oven etc), and a separate comfortable living room and dining area. The villa has a SONOS Roam speaker for you to hook up to using the WiFi that will allow music streaming inside and in the garden and also an apple tv box that you are welcome to use with your own subscription to apple tv, Netflix, amazon etc.
