You will love the location of Yasmin villa, it is only 650m to Protaras & Decosta Beach is only 400m. The villa has a great summer vibe and is completely home from home. (dishwasher, wifi, plenty of space, cooking utensils, bbq, and more). Outside you will get to really embrace the summer sunshine with a beautiful pool, mature garden, & plenty of sunbeds. The chill-out sofa area has an electric awning, gas BBQ, and the dining area under the pergola are perfect for your evenings around the pool. Yiasmin villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and accommodates 6 guests. There is a main bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink upstairs and an additional shower in the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a toilet and outside is a poolside shower as well. From two of the double rooms, there is a balcony. Downstairs the villa has a really relaxing summer vibe and is home from home with all the amenities you would need for a self-catering vacation. We have wifi of course. :) There are also fly screens downstairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, lots of cutlery and plates. There is also a coffee maker & microwave. There is a beautiful big pool with plenty of sunbeds. On the side is a chill-out sofa area with an electric awning so you can enjoy the sun or shade. The gas BBQ and the dining area under the pergola are perfect for your evenings around the pool. The garden is mature and well maintained which creates a really nice scene around the pool. 400m to a small beach nearby 900m to fig tree bay 250m to the nearest kiosk/shop 650m to Protaras High Street The villa is all for your use. we do have a couple of cupboards blocked off for personal items and housekeeping but there is plenty of wardrobe space. The villa is located in a quiet complex off of the main road that connects Pernera, Protaras, Cape Greco and Ayia Napa. A short 600m walk gets you to the start of the High Street in Protaras. 500m beyond that is the famously beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach area. This means there is no need to hire a car for your holiday unless you want to explore the wider area :) Lots of guests choose not to hire a car at this villa as Protaras is walking distance away and If you go for a car-free holiday then you might like to use the delivery services from Wolt or Foody. And Cyprus' uber-like service is called Bolt. Any of their apps can be downloaded for IOS or Android. Wolt is especially good for grocery shopping and will delivery quickly just about anything you need. To get around to the other areas like Paralimni and Ayia Napa there are buses that run quite frequently in the summer months along the main road. You can easily get to any of the major areas for a reasonable price. If you hire a car, you can park in the driveway at the villa. The Villa has a fob system for electric. Attached to your keys is a metal fob that must be placed into a slot in the wall to activate the electric throughout the villa. Removal of the fob from the keys will result in a fee to reattach the welded ring. If Guests want a second set of keys they will then be subject to a fair use system. A meter reading will be taken for the electric and the guests will be allowed 350 KwH per Week. Any use beyond this will be charged at 0.25 EUR per KwH. There is a gas BBQ outside for guest use. We ask all guests to leave the BBQ as they found it. Dirty BBQ grills will result in a 20 EUR cleaning fee. If you're missing a brush to clean the grill, please let us know and we will replace it :) DO NOT PUT CHARCOAL IN THE BBQ. This will ruin the BBQ and your damage deposit will be forfeit.
