Welcome to the stunning Artemis Villa, a luxurious getaway located just 100 meters from the serene waters of Protaras. This exquisite villa is the epitome of comfort and elegance, designed to offer an unforgettable stay with its attention to outdoor detail and array of amenities.

• Bedrooms: The villa boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs, each offering a tranquil retreat after a day of sun and sea. They create the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom offers an ensuite shower / toilet and sink as well as a balcony. The second bedroom offers a balcony overlooking the private pool and the third bedroom has two single beds. All of the rooms have blinds, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. 
• Bathrooms: With 2.5 well-equipped bathrooms, guests can enjoy convenience and privacy. On the upper level is the ensuite from the master bedroom with shower, toilet and sink. The main family bathroom is also upstairs with bath / shower combined and toilet / sink. Downstairs there is an additional toilet and sink and outside by the pool is another shower. 
• Living Area: The spacious living room is ideal for gathering and unwinding. Furnished with cozy sofas and featuring large windows, it invites natural light into the villa. The TV is setup with netflix for you to use (we have a firestick so you can also cast to that as well). The villa has fiber WIFI internet.  
• Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen awaits those who love to cook, complete with all the appliances you might need to prepare delicious meals. In the event you want to avoid cooking, we have lots of local restaurants close by or you can enjoy local deliveries from the WOLT app and enjoy a meal by the pool.
• Outdoor Space: Step outside to the expansive outdoor area, where a private swimming pool takes center stage. Lounge on the sunbeds, share meals al fresco in the covered dining area, or simply bask in the Cypriot sun. The pool has both built in steps and ladders and has pool lights for the evening. We have a large BBQ and an additional dining area to the front of the villa for an alternative dining experience. 
• Location: Just a stone's throw from the water, Artemis Villa offers easy access to the local Decosta Bay beach or you can head in to some of the more well known beaches like Fig Tree Bay. Explore the local area with its shops, enticing eateries, and vibrant atmosphere. For water lovers, many of the beaches offer water sports. Scuba diving is a big part of local life here so its the perfect chance to try something new. If snorkeling is more your style we have lots of spots for that too. Close to the villa are lots of beautiful sites for you to explore like St Elias Church, the sea caves, art sculpture park and Ayia Napa monastery. Throughout the season there are lots of local events such as the water festival, medieval festival and outdoor cinemas. Protaras is a family resort and children are always welcome by locals.
