Aurora Villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. It has air conditioning, tv package, wifi, a private drive, a dishwasher, good sized pool (8x3.5m), mature gardens, plenty of sunbeds, and seating area, BBQ. Located 1000m from Protaras strip & 200m from the closest beach and 800m from fig tree bay.

Aurora Villa is beautifully situated near the water. For a complex this type it is deceptively private while having all amenities available close by.

The downstairs area consists of a living room, kitchen, and dining area in an open plan. There is everything you will require including a large fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is free Wi-Fi and internet access.

The pool is about 8x3.5m with tables for your cool summer drinks. The outside layout means you can follow the sun around the garden area for most of the day and there is even a BBQ if you wanted to stay home to eat. There is a seating sofa area with a table and chairs with umbrellas. The villa has a washing line to the back.

For walking into the center of Protaras, this villa is ideal, it is 1000m to the start of Protaras close to Fig Tree Bay; there are plenty of amenities within a short walk from the villa as well (400m) so you do not need to worry about hiring a car.

This villa also has solar panels to power the pump - so whenever the sun is out the pool pump will work, keeping your pool extra clean and at no extra cost to anyone... plus it's environmentally friendly and gives you more than a twice a week clean! The villa has a small beach just a few minutes down the road with crystal blue waters.

We are always available should you need us during the day but in case of emergencies never hesitate to call us anytime!

It's in a quiet complex, just a short walk to the shop and beach. Its only a short stroll in to Protaras. :)

A bus stop is only about 400m away from the door. This being said a beach is almost right next door at 20m and local shops and bars about 400m.

Electric is managed by a fob and fair use system. The fob on your keys is inserted into a slot to allow power to the AC system. This is to stop people from forgetting to turn it off when they leave.

Beyond that, we allow 350 kWh of power per week for the villa. In all our years managing properties this has been a more than fair allotment. Rarely have we had guests exceed this and if they did it was by a small amount usually.

If guests grossly exceed this then we charge 0.20 EUR / kWh. The meter is accessible outside the villa if guests ever want to check.

Mainly the only significant power draw is the AC units. If you follow this guide then you should have no problems or overages.

1 - Do not use the AC while not in the room/villa

2 - Do not use the AC with windows/doors open

3 - Keep the temperature setting to higher than 23C.

Anything contrary to this list will result in the units working 3x as hard and thus using 3x the electric. As well, this kind of stress can cause the units to ice up, plug off, and leak water inside the villa. We can send a technician to fix this but it means you'll be without AC until then.

the entire villa is for you. We may have some cupboards locked for owners' items.

Should guests require items for children like cots, high chairs etc. We hire these items out. Please inquire for rates.

There is also a fence to section off the pool that can be setup if needed. This fence will not be charged for except if guests damage it. We accept no liability if this barrier fails to keep anyone out of the pool area and guests are responsible for watching younger guests while outside.
