Kristina villa is in the popular resort towns of Pernera and Kapparis alike. A beautiful summer breeze cools you down at this villa, its "L" shape garden and pool area give you plenty of space to sunbathe, dine and relax under the pergola. The villa sleeps up to 5 guests and is fully equipped for self-catering holidays. It features a pressurized water system, air-conditioning in both bedrooms and downstairs as well as free wifi internet and private parking.

Kristina Villa is brightly furnished and well equipped making it ideal for couples or family holidays. Open field views ensure you sunshine for most of the day. A gazebo with a sofa, chairs, and coffee table is supplied for your relaxation together with sun loungers, a large umbrella, a shower, a BBQ also a dining table, and chairs for 6 people.

The 6m x 3m private pool is cleaned twice weekly and is situated on a corner plot with the screening at the front for privacy.

The two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, wardrobes and blackout blinds. One has a double bed while the other has two singles. Both rooms have a mirror, the twin room has a dressing table and stool and the master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the pool with a table and two chairs. We have children's items available for hire if you need it, cots, high chairs, bed guards & sterilizers.

Downstairs, the villa offers an open plan kitchen and living room and a sofa bed that lets 1-2 people enjoy a good night's rest. Next to the sofa is a Chester draws for clothing. The living room has a flat-screen tv, satellite, and DVD and there is a selection of books available. In the kitchen, there is everything you will need to have a home-from-home experience, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, large fridge freezer, and microwave. If there is something you need, just ask we probably have it. :)

You will be within short walking distance of several beaches, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Also within 5 minute's drive/bus ride of large supermarkets and main shopping centers. Protaras is 6km away and 10km from Ayia Napa. The villa is on the main Paralimni, Protaras, and Ayia Napa bus routes with buses every 20 minutes in high season. Scuba Diving and watersports are available at several nearby beaches.

The complex is residential and although not in the heart of the noise of Kapparis and Pernera you can walk into town in the evenings. There are shops, restaurants, and beaches close by which are just perfect for escaping the crowds of tourist beaches.

We suggest car hire to make the most of your stay but taxis, quad bikes, and busses are available.

A local bar and restaurants are located within an 8-minute walk (650m) and there are bakeries, restaurants, shops, and banks in Kapparis which is about a 15-minute walk. Enjoy a local beach at either Vrysoudion beach (700 m / 8-minute walk) or Sirena bay or venture a little further along to the popular beach of Golden Coast which has a range of facilities to offer from boat trips, sunbed hire, beautiful sand, and water sports. The villa is ideally situated only a 5-minute drive from Pernera or Kapparis which both offer an extensive range of places to wine and dine, enjoy the entertainment of browse the shops. Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa and is about a 48-minute drive. We would be more than happy to arrange transfers for you which make your journey even smoother.
